tsk...
fucked the nose AGAIN.
but other than that very good...
I have to fix the nose obviously but I love the rest, and the blending of colors and the background...there is some problem with lighting...but lets just say she had a strange tan lan and leave it at that, ok? her shoulder blades worry me, it's accurate to the original photo and the person but it looks really odd at that angle...
Skillful representation of food form and proportions. I think the shadows around the eldow, however, may be a bit sharply inserted... Whereas the rest of your shadows are blended in, the elbow shade cuts gashes of value across the back of he arm. I would try to blend them in, like you have done for your other shadows, at least on the receeding end of the shade. Still, overall, you show excellent control of the medium, and have proved that you have a great deal of patience. I've worked every kind of paint but oil, because (a), it's so expensive, and (b), it requires more patience than I think I have. Good job, and keep it up!
thanks....but maybe you just need to try a different kinda paint? like, I use watercolors and it looks like a five year olds.... even tho Im using the paint the same way I use oil...
